Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Instructions
The Scientific Committee invites professionals interested in basic and clinical research areas related to Anesthesia, intensive care, pain and sepsis to submit abstracts of papers for presentation at the conference. Proposals for E posters, Oral E posters presentations & case reports are welcome. Abstracts can be submitted through the conference site homepage.
Abstract Submission Deadlines

Submission Terms

Presenters of accepted abstracts are required to register for the conference

By submitting this proposal you confirm that your presentation has not been previously published or presented at an international meeting within 90 days of this conference.

Abstract evaluation will be done by the Scientific Committee consisting of leading professionals from local and international academic organizations.

Presenters and participants are kindly requested to reserve the conference dates, of November 7-9 2023, in their calendars until they receive notification of submission outcomes.

Acceptance of an abstract for E posters, Oral E posters presentations & case reports does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration expenses. No speaker fees will be paid to abstract presenters.
Instructions for Preparing E posters & Oral E posters
You are kindly requested to follow these instructions; abstracts should:

Be submitted in English.

Be submitted via icisa2023 website submission link by the structured e-form.

For oral presentation please underline the name of the presenter.

Be single spaced, clear and legible.

Choose the correct session for your abstract.
-
The text of the abstract should not exceed 300 words.
-
A graph or an image can be included in the main text.
-
Abbreviations should be defined when first used and kept to a minimum.
Case Report
Case Reports should include:

Introduction

Case Presentation

Discussion

Conclusions
Case report title – must be in UPPER CASE and limited to 25 words.
Text of Care report should not exceed 300 words.

Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word
appears the first time.
Use generic names of drugs. The presentation must be balanced and contain no commercial promotional content.
Submissions may not contain patient names, hospital ID numbers or other identifying information.
